At Myfrents, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and timelines for all orders within the United States.
- Order Cut-Off Time
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (CST) – Central Standard Time (Chicago).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
- Shipping Timelines
To provide you with the best experience, we calculate our delivery dates based on Handling Time and Transit Time:
- Handling Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
- Transit Time: 2 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your address.
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5 – 10 business days.
- Shipping Costs
We keep our shipping rates simple and transparent:
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to all orders within the United States.
- All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
- Shipping Carriers & Tracking
- Service Area: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
- Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
- Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases (APO/FPO).
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
- Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery timelines, please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Federal holidays or peak seasons.
