- Order Cancellation & Modifications
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order:
- Cancellation Request: Please contact us at support@myfrents.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will process a full refund immediately.
- Orders in Transit: If your order has already been processed or shipped after the 12-hour window, we cannot cancel it. In this case, please follow our Return Policy once the item arrives to receive your full refund.
- Inspection and Approval Process
Once your returned item is received at our facility, our quality control team will conduct an inspection:
- Timeline: Inspection typically takes 2-3 business days.
- Notification: We will send you an email notification once your return has been inspected and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
- Refund Disbursement Timeline
- Approval & Initiation: Once approved, your refund will be initiated immediately.
- Processing Period: It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for our billing department to process the transaction.
- Method of Payment: For security purposes, all refunds are issued strictly to the original method of payment used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to alternative bank accounts or credit cards.
- Banking Delays: Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the credit to your account.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 14 business days from the date of approval, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your financial institution to see if the refund is pending.
- If you have done this and still have not received your funds, please contact us at support@myfrents.com. We will provide a transaction reference number to assist your bank in tracking the payment.
