  1. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

  • Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  1. Our Response Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, Myfrents will:

  1. Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  2. Notify the individual or department responsible for the content that it has been removed.
  3. Terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances to maintain the integrity of our platform.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our email above. This must include your contact info, identification of the removed material, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
