At Myfrents, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a transparent shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for our customers within the United States.

  1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date the carrier marks your shipment as “Delivered” to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, the return process must be started within this timeframe. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

  1. Eligibility & Condition

To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • New & Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for personalized goods, intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear), or gift cards.
  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us at support@myfrents.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
  1. How to Return an Item

We provide a simple step-by-step process for your convenience:

  • Step 1: Contact our support team at support@myfrents.com to notify us of your return.
  • Step 2: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
  • Step 3: Use the Prepaid Return Mailing Label provided in your original shipping package (or request a digital copy via email).
  • Step 4: Affix the label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location (UPS, USPS, or FedEx as indicated on the label).
  1. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking
  • Return Shipping Cost: Myfrents offers FREE return shipping for all domestic U.S. orders when using our prepaid label.
  • Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees or hidden administrative costs.
  1. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order on our website.
