At Myfrents, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Return Policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers located in the United States.

Return Eligibility Window

You have a window of 30 calendar days from the date the carrier marks your shipment as “Delivered” to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within this timeframe. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Condition of Items for Return

To ensure a smooth return process, items must meet the following criteria:

  • New & Original Condition: Items should ideally be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Slightly Used Condition: We understand you may need to try a product. We accept returns for items that have been lightly handled but remain in excellent, resellable condition without permanent marks or damage.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Quality is our priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@myfrents.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will prioritize these cases to provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

We have streamlined our process to make it as effortless as possible:

  • Step 1: Locate the Prepaid Return Mailing Label that was included inside your original shipping package.
  • Step 2: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
  • Step 3: Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.
  • Step 4: Drop off the package at the designated carrier location (UPS, USPS, or FedEx as indicated on the label).

Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

  • Return Shipping Cost: Myfrents is proud to offer FREE return shipping for all domestic orders. When you use our prepaid label, you will not be charged any shipping fees.
  • Restocking Fees: Transparency is key to our business. We do NOT charge any restocking fees or hidden administrative costs for processed returns.

Exchanges

Currently, Myfrents does not support direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order on our website at your convenience.
