Order Cancellation & Modification
We understand that mistakes happen or minds change.
- 12-Hour Cancellation Window: You may request a full cancellation and immediate refund within 12 hours of placing your order.
- How to Cancel: Please email support@myfrents.com with your order number.
- Post 12-Hour Period: After 12 hours, orders enter our automated fulfillment center and cannot be stopped. If your order has already shipped, please accept the delivery and use our Free Return process to receive a full refund.
Inspection and Approval Process
Once your return package arrives at our facility:
- Verification: Our quality control team will inspect the item within 2-3 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Notification: We will send you an automated email notification to confirm that we have received your return and whether the refund has been approved or rejected based on the inspection.
Refund Disbursement Timeline
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are initiated immediately and processed within 7 calendar days by our billing department.
- Method of Payment: All refunds are strictly issued to the original method of payment used during checkout. We cannot issue refunds to alternative cards or bank accounts for security reasons.
- Bank/Credit Card Delays: While we release the funds quickly, your financial institution may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the credit to your statement. If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days of approval, please contact your bank first.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve checked your bank account and contacted your credit card company but still have not received your refund, please contact our support team so we can provide the transaction reference number for your bank to track.
